I invite you to embark upon a voyage through my art. Each stroke of my brush captures the essence of life's journey, portrayed by graceful boats navigating serene landscapes. Boats symbolize life's vessels sailing through time's tides. Calm waters reflect tranquility, distant horizons, and limitless possibilities ahead. Witness and find introspection, reflection, deeper understanding of your own voyage in this vast and ever-changing world.

In my painting series "Forms," I use acrylic on canvas to explore the interplay between defined forms and their individual presence within the frame. By combining organic and geometric shapes and playing with bold colors and textures, I create a dynamic world that invites viewers to contemplate the complexities of our interconnected world and appreciate the harmonious coexistence of distinct elements within a larger framework.

Hailing from coastal Chennai, my artworks explore the lives of fisherfolks and coastal areas in Tamil Nadu, capturing their moods and emotions. I also enjoy trekking mountains, reflecting unusual colors in nature in paintings like "Aurora Borealis" and "Misty Mountains." "Autumn Lilies" captures flowers on the verge of disintegration, while "Nucleus" symbolizes life's growth into limitless space.

Captivating small-town memories, vibrant colors, and lively conversations of vacations are forever etched in my heart. Cozy homes and close-knit neighbors, but the most memorable were the talks between women, creating timeless bonds. Each canvas is an artful conversation, revealing stories of precious silk saris and grand events. Clothes dancing in the breeze, advice's aggressive beating, and secrets hidden in the cherished pickle jar, where even bougainvillea listens in.

As the former Principal of the Government College of Fine Arts, Kumbakonam, I have the goodwill of many co-artists and numerous students. In my painting series, "Doors," I open doors of nostalgia, transporting you back to the good old village days, depicting the charm of traditional homes. I incorporate symbolism, with Lakshmi's picture at the porch symbolizing generosity, the kolam symbolizing wealth, and through these doors, I narrate untold stories.

Art for me is a journey towards silence, and music is the inspiration. In this series, I have expressed the symphony or rhythm of nature and life, which soothes the inner child, allowing them to enjoy the freedom within and be in harmony with the silence. I have used pen, pencils, and watercolor pencils for these works
