Silent Wisdom – Grey Heron by S Jayaraj

In this evocative mixed-media work, S Jayaraj captures the stoic grace of a Grey Heron perched above a marshy, woven network of branches. The collage elements add profound narrative weight to this composition, most notably featured in the prominent newspaper headline reading 'Nature Is Teaching.' Through this brilliant synthesis of textual commentary and fine watercolour brushwork, Jayaraj elevates a majestic wading bird into a profound symbol of environmental mindfulness and reflection.
