No refunds or cancellations once the booking is confirmed. Check the refund policy below

Participants must arrive on time; late entry may not be permitted.

All materials provided must be used responsibly during the workshop.

Participants are required to respect the artworks, artists, and venue. Any damage to gallery property or displayed artwork will be chargeable and indemnified by the participant.

The organiser reserves the right to modify the schedule or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case the below refund policy applies.
Refund Policy

All registrations are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances once a booking is confirmed.

In the event of a force majeure situation or if the workshop is cancelled by the organiser, no monetary refund will be provided. Instead, the same ticket may be used to attend an alternative workshop, as per the organiser’s official announcement.

The rescheduled or replacement workshop details will be communicated through our official channels. The organiser’s decision in such matters will be final.
